Mysore Ashtanga is a specialized and highly personalized approach to teaching. Each student is taught the sequence of postures individually; given a one-on-one lesson within a group class. Every student is supported in an ongoing program that is appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
Unnata is the Sanskrit word for “elevated,” meaning both elevated in spirit and physically elevated. Using a yoga hammock, students work with gravity to explore, refine and advance traditional yoga postures both in the air and on the ground. Relax and realign the body, center the mind and uplift the spirit!
A gentle class that includes meditation, breathing exercises and soothing yoga sequences for yogis during and after cancer treatment. All stages are welcome, and prior yoga experience is not necessary.
On Freestyle Fridays, our teachers take requests for poses that you’d like to especially practice or body parts that need extra special attention. We also feature different musicians of all genres. This is the class to get creative!
Community classes are a great way for students new to our studio to try a class or two, or a few! Denoted with a “(C)” on our class schedule, our community classes cost $8 (cash only) unless otherwise noted. 100% of the proceeds benefit charitable organizations.
Starts anytime in October!
• Start anytime in October, and continue for 30 days! It doesn’t have to be at the beginning of the month.
• You are allowed to take up to 2 doubles (2 classes in a day) should you miss a day. Therefore, you could miss 2 days, but would have to make them up with a double some other day in order to reach the goal of 30 classes. No more than 2 doubles are counted.
• You will need to have a class package to participate. If you do not currently have a monthly package, you can purchase one for a discounted price of $129 including Mysore Ashtanga and Unnata® Aerial Yoga, no future commitment!*
