This is a class focused on finding strength and stamina through coordinated breath and movement. Class begins with connecting to the breath and taking a few grounding postures to release tension, and will transition into an energetic sequence to build heat and endurance. The heart of the class will focus on an exploration of new strength. Open to all levels.
