
A gentle class designed to ease the aches and pains of expectant mothers in a nurturing and supportive environment. Class will focus on special breathing techniques and opening the hips, preparing the body for labor and postpartum recovery, as well as maintaining flexibility and muscle strength. Partners are welcome to join!
