Our mentorship program is a chance to participate and help build that community in a sustainable way that allows you to walk away feeling confident in your teaching and in your knowledge of the yoga industry. Additionally, we want you to integrate the materials of your 200-hour or 500-hour teacher training–it’s time to bring them onto the mat and into the studio!

Nada Yoga is the yoga of sound vibration. We all resonate at different vibrational frequencies, and these frequencies are shifting each moment based on what we are exposed to, what we are thinking and doing, and what we experience. When a group of us are all doing the same thing such as singing, chanting, breathing, and moving to the same beats, our vibrations begin to synchronize toward a higher frequency.
