“Thank you so much for the amazing 200-hour teacher training experience at Sacred Sounds! The program was so well-rounded, and I really felt as if I took away so many new skills and learned a lot about myself, the study and practice of yoga, and the art of teaching from every teacher we had and every moment of the program. And the studio is so great. The vibe is amazing, I love the community of kind, intelligent, people that I’ve met there, and I loved walking in and greeting Stephanie Tang every morning! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to teach community classes that the studio makes available to us as graduates!”
–Elle Miller, 200-Hour Teacher Training – Summer 2018
“Great program. A lot of information presented in a way that was easy to follow and understand. The variety of instructors was super helpful in seeing different points of view. The knowledge and background of each teacher I feel was the biggest strength this program has.”
— Jennifer Harper, 200-Hour Teacher Training – Spring 2017
“The teachers offered their support throughout the program and I was introduced to a very supportive community where I could practice and deepen my yoga knowledge. The teachers showed that they cared and…took their time to help and make sure I was in a good space. That’s great teaching!”
— Karin Ahlin, 200-Hour Teacher Training – Fall 2015
“I cannot emphasize how fantastic the Sacred Sounds Yoga 200-Hour Teaching Training experience was, and it continues to shape my life. The 200-Hour encouraged me to start an ashtanga practice, prepared me to have great feedback on my sequencing and teaching as a I teach regularly at gyms all over the city, allowed for me to host workshops, helped me go deeper into my work as a therapist, and led me to India to study yoga more deeply.”
— Abbi Klein, 200-Hour Teacher Training – Spring 2014
