Spring 2019 Session
We will look at the ways in which asana (postural practice) and pranayama (breath/energetic work) can address common back issues and conditions.
Topics covered include calming the nervous system, decompressing the spine through traction, designing sequences to address low back pain and yoga for scoliosis.
Dates & Times
The 8-hour program will meet in June 2018. Hours are 9:00am-6:30pm (with a 12:00pm-1:30pm lunch break).
