Nada Yoga is the yoga of sound vibration. We all resonate at different vibrational frequencies, and these frequencies are shifting each moment based on what we are exposed to, what we are thinking and doing, and what we experience. When a group of us are all doing the same thing such as singing, chanting, breathing, and moving to the same beats, our vibrations begin to synchronize toward a higher frequency. It is at these higher frequencies that we are at our best – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. In this special immersion, we will explore the transformative practices of kirtan and mantra.
Kirtan is an ancient form of mantra meditation, a component of bhakti yoga (the yoga of devotion), which has the power to open and purify the heart. Bhakti yoga is one of three spiritual paths that lead to salvation, as discussed in the Bhagavad Gita. Through this deeply healing journey, we will explore how we can find a deeper sense of purpose; speak and express ourselves with our true, authentic voice; spark more joy in our lives; and shed the layers of insecurity, fears, and ego to reveal our true, inner light. Find confidence, strength, healing, love, and bliss through the practice of sound and music.
This immersion is open to participants of all levels. No previous experience is necessary. For anyone with a passion or interest for sound, music, yoga lifestyle, chanting, or Bhakti and love!
