Lauren is committed to a lifelong practice of health and consciousness. She is a yoga instructor, holistic health coach, and women’s circle leader as part of The Wild Woman Project. Lauren also holds a Masters degree in Public Health Nutrition. Lauren offers classes in vinyasa yoga, restorative, prenatal and children’s yoga. Lauren has studied in the Bhakti yoga tradition as well as alignment yoga with Alison West.
Lauren’s two tenets of practice are Balance and Interconnectedness. She seeks to create a space where her students feel safe and open to explore movements of the body and intricacies of the mind. Lauren’s style is a combination of free flowing exploration and tuning into details of the unique alignment of each body. However, for Lauren, Yoga is ultimately a pathway to uncover layers around the Heart.
